I completed a degree in Biochemistry at the University of Bristol graduating in 2009. While I was an undergraduate I worked during the holidays as an outdoor activities instructor and this gave me the motivation to train to become a teacher. I began my teaching career in London in 2010 where I taught at Buxton School for four years. I then moved to The British School Kathmandu where I continued teaching science, as well as progressing first to head of Key Stage 3 and then Assistant Head Teacher: Head of Key Stage 5.
I have two small children (aged 1 and 3) and in my spare time I enjoy reading and travelling.
