I grew up in the Bay Area in California and attended UC Davis for my undergrad, and I studied history and cultural anthropology. While at Davis, I discovered my love for student advising and continued to be an academic advisor at UCLA, where I pursued a MA in African studies. Later, I worked in advising at other universities, and now, I have switched gears to admissions. I enjoy assisting families who have an interest in enrolling at BISW. I like working with and learning about our prospective families. I get to meet and interact with parents and students from all over the world! In my free time, I enjoy salsa dancing, cooking, and visiting museums.
I worked at Dantli Corp as a Spanish Translator for a Head Start Program in Fairfax, VA.
