The Human Resources Manager is responsible for coordinating all the administrative activities related to BISW’s personnel. The primary duties include recruitment assistance, managing staff benefits and payroll, and onboarding new employees.
I have been working in the Human Resources field for over 8 years after completing my bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. My areas of expertise include but are not limited to employee recruitment and retention, staff development, conflict resolution, employee benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development and legal compliance, and onboarding of new employees.
After beginning my professional career path with an IT company, I put my learned theoretical knowledge into practice by shadowing the senior HR Manager. Within a few years, I had learned many aspects of HR and moved up to HR Manager to lead HR-related activities. I am happy to have the chance to use my skills at BISW.
