Our admissions team are on hand to help you through the process of enrolling your child at PBIS. Here are a few steps to bear in mind.
Contact the Admissions Office and inform them that you are interested in possible enrolment. We will be able to tell you about current and projected availability of places.
Nothing can replace a face-to-face visit and tour of our school – but when that isn't possible, a Virtual Discovery Meeting is the next best thing. Once we’ve learned more about you and your family’s needs, we’ll arrange a convenient time for your personalised 1:1 meeting with our admissions team in which you can discover more about our educational offer and get answers to any questions you may have.
Complete the Application Booklet (one for each child – see below) and submit this along with the following documents to the Admissions Office:
- Passport copy/scan
- Parents’ passport copy/scan
- Most recent School reports translated into English (for last completed year)
- Scan /copy of your child’s immunisation record
- Passport sized photograph sent electronically
We can proceed with the enrolment using electronic versions of these documents. However, we will ask you to send printed signed copies for our records.
Upon receipt of these documents, we will issue an invoice for the Application Fee. If your child is starting soon after the time of Application (ie. after the time that tuition fee invoices are issued for this period) you will also receive an invoice for the tuition fee for the initial period at this time.
Upon payment of the Application Fee the place is confirmed as being reserved for your child. Please note, it is not possible to reserve a place without payment of the Application Fee.
Before Starting at PBIS
You will receive access to the parents portal, which includes all of the practical information that you need for your child to start school. For families starting at the beginning of the school year there is an induction afternoon in the final week of the summer holidays.
We understand that relocating a family can be an administrative challenge. Where possible we will be flexible with the above procedure. Please contact the admissions office if you have any questions.
