Thai: The Loy Krathong Celebration at St Andrews International School Bangkok This year's celebration of Loy Krathong at the Primary and High School is sure to be an insightful one as our entire community learns more about the meaning and importance of this event in Thai culture.

Loi Krathong Festival has been a beautiful, fun Thai evening celebration for families and friends. They gather by streams, canals or rivers to float decorated floral rafts, usually made of banana leaves. It is a gesture of paying respect to the Mother River.
