The Nord Anglia Education Global Campus Virtual Young Musician of the Year Competition is an annual event that celebrates the musical talents of students across Nord Anglia Education (NAE) schools worldwide, offering a diverse array of categories to accommodate various musical talents in two main sections Art Music and Popular Music, and with seven categories each including; Vocal Solo, Instrumental Solo, Vocal Ensemble, Instrumental Ensemble, Piano, Composition and Musical Production. These categories are divided into two main sections and by age groups (7-10 years, 11-14 years, 15-19 years):
Participants submitted video performance entries, which were evaluated by a panel of judges, and winners were selected in each category and age group.
NAE Global Campus received a staggering 647 entries from 66 Nord Anglia schools all around the world, making these results nothing short of outstanding. In a global, international school music competition rife with talent, St Andrews students were able to stand out among their peers and impress the volunteer NAE judges, who carefully assessed each submission. The videos showcased not only the musical prowess of our students at St Andrews but also the hard work and passion they put into perfecting their performances.

Year 5 students stepped out of the classroom and into the kitchen for a special Thai cooking class hosted by the talented chefs from getfresh. Under the guidance of the getfresh chefs, they learned about kitchen safety, teamwork, and, most importantly, the steps involved in cooking traditional Thai food like Tom Gai Kai and Lod Chong. The interactive session gave students the chance to discover new skills and connect with Thai culture in a fun and meaningful way.
