After last year's best ever International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) and first ever International Baccalaureate Career-Related Programme (IBCP) results, the Class of 2026's outstanding University Offers and Acceptances this year and June's excellent BTEC results, we were eagerly anticipating this week's IBDP and IBCP results, and it gives us great pleasure to congratulate the St Andrews Bangkok Class of 2026 on their excellent results.
As always, both our Average Diploma Point Score and our IBDP Pass Rate are significantly above global averages, with our Average Diploma Point Score (34 points, compared to a global average of 31) even higher than last year. We currently have 10 students who have achieved 40 points or more, placing them in the top 5% of IBDP students worldwide, with Pam P achieving an outstanding score of 44 points.
Our IBCP results were also excellent, with 90% pass rates for both programmes and our IBCP students building on their excellent BTEC results with their results on their IBDP courses and IBCP Core.
These are fantastic results for our inclusive Senior Studies programme in an inclusive school, with our varied Senior Studies pathways ensuring that each student is both "inspired to be the best they can be" and prepared for their choice of universities around the world.
