We are pleased to announce that the first ever Global Games North America is just around the corner. From 29th November to 3rd December 2017, students from across the US and Mexico will head to Orlando, Florida to compete in a variety of sports including archery, basketball, sand volleyball and much more.

The British International School of Houston (BISH) has been chosen as a FIRST® LEGO® League Affiliate Partner in Texas. BISH will provide program oversight for FIRST LEGO League partners across 30 counties in the South (Houston) Region, supporting official tournaments to over 200 teams and serving as host to the annual regional championship.
The first ever Global Games North America will feature five days of action-packed events. Your child will have a chance to shine in a variety of sports while bonding with fellow teammates and students from all Nord Anglia Education schools in North America.
We would like to congratulate our IB Diploma students on their outstanding results this year. The British International School of Houston students have once again achieved strong results in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. The British International School of Houston’s average score is 4 basis points higher than the IB global average, widening the gap between ourselves and other IB schools around the world.
Year 3 students and teachers spent eight weeks working with the Texas Medical Center Accelerator (TMCx) on inventions to cure or manage healthcare issues that need addressing to present to a panel of judges at TMCx on 15th June.
