Learning outside the classroom is an important part of our students’ development. We are very fortunate to have access to unique resources and outstanding opportunities in our part of the world.
Throughout the course of the school year, your child will have the opportunity to take part in several educational field trips to support and enhance aspects of the curriculum. We will inform you in advance of all the details of such a visit.
Students in Key Stage 2 have the opportunity to take part in residential outings which involve them staying away from home for up to four nights. These residential programmes are meticulously organised to ensure that your child has excellent and fun learning experience, while being safe and secure at all times. We will give you very detailed information prior to such residential outings and you will also have the opportunity to meet with the teachers involved.
Students in Key Stage 3 can look forward to a week long ski trip in Obertauern in the Austrian Tyrol.
Residential programme usually include a week long Adventure Camps to Putterershlossl near Aigen in Austria, Summer Camp, Sailing Trip at Neusiedl am See and Eco & Student Council representatives’ trip to an Educational Environmental Centre in Eastern Slovakia.
The Tanzania expedition is a life changing experience and an opportunity for secondary students to make a lasting impact on the local communities around Nazareti Primary School, in the Arusha district of Tanzania.
Prior to embarking on the Tanzania expedition students do a considerable amount of fundraising for the Seeway Project whose aim it is to improve the lives of communities in Tanzania. During the expedition, students have the opportunity not only to see where their money is going but also to have a real impact on helping to change the lives of many communities through their hard work.
This is fantastic opportunity for your child to be ambitious and challenge themself through a unique and highly enjoyable programme, designed to enable them to grow personally and emotionally.
