Tuba Aykol, Director, Transatlantic Route Development Ocean Freight, DHL Global Forwarding, came in to run a session with our Year 12 Business Management students. She spoke with them on the topic of Human Resource Management that they had been learning about in class over the last few weeks. Topics covered were leadership and management, motivational theories, financial and non-financial rewards as well as organizational structures. Thank you very much to Tuba for giving up her precious time to come in and present to us. The students got a great deal out of the experience.
