Xin Chào, Thứ Sáu vui vẻ!

It is unfortunate that we have been unable to resume normal lessons and learning in school following the news surrounding COVID-19. However, we are committed to ensuring that your children’s learning is unaffected, despite their inability to attend school physically. Accordingly from Monday this week, sessions has been delivered remotely, through Teams and Office 365.

I am glad to say that all students have engaged really well. We will send the engagement Report out to you today. And I am so proud of all they have achieved and staff have worked really really superbly  in order to deliver those lessons

In Music, FOBISIA Singers have been practicing their breathing technique this week with the aid of some colourful feathers!

They've made a good start on the project and look forward to recording it in March.

Tet is such an important time for us all. It enables us to spend good quality time with our families, to take pleasure in giving and receiving gifts, and to reflect on the year gone by and the year to come. Tet is the occasion for us to express our respect and remembrance for our ancestors as well as welcoming the New Year with our beloved family members.

This new year is the year of the Ox. The Ox is the symbol of health, hard work and people born in the Year of the Ox possess the best traits of human nature. They are gentle, hardworking, venerable and have a strong sense of responsibility. These are attributes that I hope all of us at BVIS can strive to achieve, whether they were born in the year of the Ox or not. I look forward to helping all of us try and live these traits in all that we do at school when we come back from our holiday.

I wish that the new year will bring health to all your family and that you all have a wonderful holiday.

CHUC MUNG NAM MOI!
