For more than 13 years, BVIS Hanoi has accompanied generations of students on their academic and personal development journeys within an international learning environment. Our alumni are now studying and working across a wide range of countries and regions, reflecting the long-term educational direction BVIS Hanoi strives for: equipping students with the skills, adaptability and confidence to thrive in a global context.

The BVIS Hanoi Alumni Gathering in London was organised in this spirit – not only as a community building event, but also as an opportunity for the school to look back at the academic journeys our students have taken after graduation and the university destinations they have pursued.

The Alumni Gathering in London serves as a representative snapshot of the broader global pathways our students have taken. London was chosen as the event location as it is home to a large number of our alumni who currently live, study and work in the city.

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, former students reunited with teachers, reconnected with old friends and shared their experiences since leaving school. Their stories highlighted how they have applied the academic foundation and skills developed at BVIS Hanoi to adapt and excel in international learning and working environments.

The academic pathways of BVIS Hanoi students are reflected in their impressive university offers and destinations. For the most recent Year 13 cohort alone, students received more than 200 university offers from over 90 institutions across more than 10 countries and regions, spanning the UK, the US, Australia, Canada, Europe and Asia.

Generations of BVIS Hanoi students have studied at leading universities worldwide, pursuing a wide variety of disciplines including business, economics, science, engineering, technology, design, media and the social sciences. These outcomes reflect the strong alignment between the BVIS Hanoi curriculum and the expectations of international higher education, where students are required to demonstrate solid academic foundations, independent thinking and a proactive learning mindset.
