Parent Satisfaction Survey Results AY 2025–26: Growing Trust, Stronger Experiences at BVIS Hanoi

At BVIS Hanoi, we believe that a strong school community is built on partnership, trust, and open dialogue with families. Every year, our Parent Satisfaction Survey provides valuable insights into the experiences, expectations, and priorities of our parent community, helping us continuously improve the educational journey we provide for every child.

We would like to sincerely thank all parents who participated in the Parent Satisfaction Survey for Academic Year 2025–26. Conducted at the end of Term 1, the survey achieved a response rate above the global average across Nord Anglia Education schools, reflecting the strong engagement and partnership between families and the school community.

This year’s results demonstrate not only high levels of parent satisfaction, but also meaningful progress across key areas of school life. Compared with the previous academic year, 65% of survey categories recorded stronger positive feedback, highlighting continued improvements in the experience we provide for students and families.

Particularly encouraging were the results across Communications, Parent Experience, and Homework Quality, where 100% of survey items showed improvement year-on-year.

Parents also shared increasingly positive feedback on school facilities, with 92% of facilities-related measures improving and an average increase of 5% across this area.

Key survey highlights included:
• 90% of parents agreed that their child feels happy and safe at school
• 93% said they feel well informed and updated by the school
• 94% agreed that teachers encourage strong academic achievement and support learning effectively
• 99% expressed satisfaction with the quality and amount of homework provided

One of the most significant outcomes from this year’s survey was BVIS Hanoi’s exceptionally high Net Promoter Score (NPS) – a globally recognised measure of parent trust and advocacy. The school ranked among the top-performing Nord Anglia schools across Southeast Asia and India, reflecting the growing confidence families place in the education, care, and community experience provided at BVIS Hanoi.

For us, these results are not simply statistics. They represent the voices of parents and the shared commitment between home and school to help every child thrive – academically, socially, and emotionally.

Parent feedback continues to play a vital role in shaping the future of BVIS Hanoi. Based on this year’s survey, the school will continue prioritising high-quality teaching and learning, ongoing facilities enhancement, enriching student experiences, and investment in outstanding teachers and staff.
