We engage children in asking about menu choices and working with our catering supplier, Aden, to bring variety, colour and flavour.
All staff, teaching and administrative, eat in our Dining Rooms the same food that is provided for the students.
Whilst every effort is made to accommodate variety, it should be understood, and accepted, by parents that our Dining Rooms do not provide a la carte choice! Our expectations of our catering supplier are that they produce high quality food. Our expectations of students are that they eat it. In addition, all students should come to school having had a meaningful breakfast.
To ensure that school meals are always varied, nutritionally balanced, and suited to students’ tastes, BVIS Hanoi works with our catering partner Aden to create a monthly menu. BVIS and Aden will hold regular meetings every two weeks to review and adjust the menu. This allows us to provide students with meals that are not only delicious but also safe and rich in nutrition.
The latest menu will be updated regularly on the school website for parents to view.
The menu for the day may change depending on seasonality and availability of ingredients.
