Forest School is an innovative approach that nurtures our learners' love of the outdoors. Featuring an exciting range of activities, our unique programme is a breath of fresh air for preschool and primary students.
Our preschool children and primary students (ages 3 to 5) develop their language, numeracy, and motor skills through a range of fun and immersive outdoor activities.
Primary students in Grade 3, 4, and 5 (ages 6 to 8) refine their skills in maths, literacy, geography, environmental studies, and more through a variety of stimulating experiences.
Our Forest School curriculum invites children to exercise, explore, invent, initiate, and dream – and also to concentrate, observe, marvel, listen, and work.
Our goal is for students to view learning as something that happens both inside and outside the classroom. By regularly taking children outdoors, we start to create a positive habit that offers children an alternative to digital screens. Reconnecting with nature also brings lifestyle and learning benefits. Outdoor experiences encourage calm, agility, better health, socialisation, cooperation, trust, autonomy, and creativity.
Spending time outdoors is not only playful; it also nurtures a child’s holistic development. From maths to science, nature is a place for learning, too. By observing, imitating, and discovering what's around them, using both their senses and their mind, our children develop a deep bond with nature.
Inspired by our world-class teachers and engaged in the very best international curricula, your child will enjoy an outstanding global education that’s steeped in Swiss traditions and standards.
