Samantha Osborne

Secondary SENCO

Ms Osborne has worked within Learning Support for nearly 30 years. She began her teaching career in Secondary Design and Technology before discovering her true passion — supporting students in achieving their full potential. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience working with both primary and secondary students across mainstream and special education settings, including 16 years in international schools in Singapore.

Ms Osborne holds postgraduate qualifications in teaching students with specific learning difficulties (dyslexia) and is a qualified dyslexia assessor with an Assessment Practising Certificate. While living in Singapore, she also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology, further deepening her understanding of student wellbeing and holistic development.

Passionate about inclusion, Ms Osborne is dedicated to creating safe, supportive and compassionate learning environments where all students can thrive. Returning to Singapore for the third time, she is excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm to her role as SENCO of the Secondary School, continuing her commitment to helping students succeed in an international school setting.

Outside of work, Ms Osborne enjoys exploring the culture and vibrancy of South East Asia. She loves discovering new areas of Singapore and seeing how the city continues to evolve. She also appreciates the warm climate, the incredible variety of food, and the many opportunities to enjoy live music and performances across the island.
