Excellence in education comes not just from within the classroom, but from what children experience outside the classroom. Our school expeditions and trips help to achieve this.

At Dover Court International School, your child will have the opportunity to take part in trips to locations across Singapore and expeditions to places all over the world. We believe that educational and residential trips and expeditions teach children that they can make a real difference to the global community and in Singapore, we are ideally located to explore everything that Southeast Asia has to offer.

School trips are a fully integrated part of our curriculum throughout the school so children of all ages and abilities have the chance to participate.

Students in EYFS and Key Stage 1 take part in regular trips within Singapore. These have recently included trips to the Theatre, Centre Stage School of the Arts, Singapore Zoo, Singapore General Hospital, URA Museum, Insect and Butterfly Park, Snow City, and Gardens by the Bay.

Once in Key Stage 2 (Year 3) our students complete residential trips as well as educational trips within Singapore.

For the trips offered, it is generally expected that all students attend these residential trips due to the enormous benefit and learning experiences they provide.

There are no whole cohort residentials during the examination years, Years 11 and 13.

In addition to the school residential trips, there are trips available as part of our FOBISIA membership and also as part of our NAE Global Campus programme.

At Dover Court, we nurture the next generation of creatives, activists, leaders, and athletes. Through an unparalleled breadth of learning experiences, your child will think big and believe anything is possible.
