THE ETQAN ADMISSIONS PROCESS

A PROUD QATARI LEARNING COMMUNITY

Etqan Global Academy is open to students aged 3-18. We welcome new starters all year round, and you can start your child’s application at any time.

Your family’s enrolment journey will start with our expert Admissions Team. They'll explain our application process, answer any questions you may have, and arrange either an in-person or virtual school tour.

ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS

APPLICATION FORM AND DOCUMENTS

After contacting our Admissions Team, you’ll need to complete an application form. You’ll also need to send us the following documents:

A copy of your child’s passport and birth certificate.
A copy of your passport(s).
A copy of your child’s QID.
A copy of your QID(s).
A copy of your child’s health card.
A copy of your child’s immunisation record.
Two passport-style colour photographs of your child.
Copies of your child’s most recent school reports (KG2 and above).
A copy of your child’s behaviour report (Grade 1 and above)

ADMISSIONS REQUIREMENTS

AGE-APPROPRIATE ASSESSMENTS

Once we’ve received your form and documents, we’ll invite your child to sit an age-appropriate assessment (students applying to join us in Grade 1 or above). This comprises Arabic language, English, and maths tests.
