There were 30 brave Year 9 students challenging themselves on their journey throughout the Austrian villages. Two days of walking started in the small town of Berg, followed by a great campsite for cooking a tasty dinner and setting up the tents for a good night’s sleep. The importance of planning was evident. Orientation, fitness, team work, these are only a few of the skills which students needed in order to overcome challenges during their journey. Feedback from students was very positive and they are all looking forward to the next challenges and routes ahead of them.
Thank you to all who helped us with our long preparations and made sure our trip was safe for everyone.
Especially thank you to Ms Oravcova, Ms Bea, Mr Kellner and Ms Frontczak.
Well Done!
