Student Leadership Weekend Madrid

23 October 2015

On the weekend of 9th to 11th of October our three IB students leaders Sakshi Rai, Daniel Gough and Alex Tham, accompanied by Mr Cox, travellled to Madrid to attend the COBIS Student Leadership weekend.

  • Madrid Cobis

The course was held at the Kings College Madrid by a team of specialised trainers. It included workshops on Public Speaking, Personal Branding, the Challenge of Social Media and Creating a digital legacy.
It also afforded an opportunity for our students to work with other student leaders from schools all around Europe.
Sakshi, Daniel and Alex are due to lead an assembly about their experience after half term and are also planning to run a follow up Enrichment workshop on the use of Social media.
This was another wonderful opportunity for our students and as always our students did us proud.
