Middle School Girls Football

DISV vs BISBr: 0-6

BISBr vs BUD: 4-2

ICSV vs BISBr: 0-5

BISBr vs BISBu: 0-1

The Middle School Girls Team had a great start to their season at the recent DVAC festival held at the Danube International School Vienna. There has been great attendance to the Girls football club allowing us to take 13 students for a 7 a side tournament. All the girls were fully involved in the tournament and received lots of game time in preparation for the tournament held at BISB Bratislava on the 11th November.

The Girls Played 4 matches Winning 3 convincingly and narrowly missing out on a draw against BISB Budapest losing the game 1-0.

The girls were extremely disciplined in their roles. Defensively only 3 goals went against the team during the whole festival, and our mid field provided many opportunities for our striking force to convert.

Well done to the following girls:

Sasha Kristofovicova, Shen Yi Yan striker, Sarah Zvonarova, Maria Vizvary, Savannah Norcross. Mieke Schifferer, Louise Laursen, Rebecca Laursen, Kaya Jessen, Luna Jessen, Maddie Keys, Natalia Olech , Amelia Olech
