Helping birds and insects to find source of water in hot weather

Our Primary Eco team has started a small project that will run until the end of School year.
Since it is very hot outside and very dry weather these days we decided to help birds and insect to find sources of drinking water.

As you can see on the pictures our eco members placed some plastic and ceramic pots on the 2,3 playground and 456 playground as well as in the corner of Early Years centre.
They have clear signs for children so they dont take them!

Our eco members are going to refill the water and monitor every day if the pots are at their place!

I hope this will inspire you to make something similar in your gardens or on balconies:)
