These students have worked hard over the last year completing different tasks to meet the standards of the award. All students have to commit themselves to complete a skills, service and physical activity for 6 months. Some students learnt Slovak, others set up and ran a gymnastics group for primary school pupils.
On top of this they had to complete 2 weekends away, where they had to walk or canoe for 6 hours each day. Here they showed determination, group work and an amazing spirit to get the award complete.
