Sharing my passion for learning languages with young children was extremely rewarding and inspired me to return to the UK to train as a primary school teacher, specialising in French.
I taught Year 3 at a school near Wolverhampton before heading out to eastern Europe again to an international school in Moscow. I taught there for four years as a class teacher for Year 3, then Year 1. I decided to move on from Moscow and take a break to travel and explore parts of the world I had never been to before. I have had a wonderful year travelling with trips to Southeast Asia, Central America, India and (my favourite) Iceland. I am definitely more of a cold climate person!
In my free time I love reading and sewing. I recently took some dressmaking classes and started making clothes for my little niece and nephew, and after dedicating more time to this I hope to be making my own clothes too. I love learning languages and travelling, so hopefully speaking Russian will help me to pick up Slovak.
