Eliza Jonczyk

British International School Bratislava_Year 4 Teaching and Learning Assistant_Eliza Jonczyk

Year 4 Teaching and Learning Assistant

Shortly after I graduated from the University of Warsaw where I studied modern languages (Spanish and Portuguese) and specialized in Latin American affairs and literature, I moved to Ireland. I lived there for ten years working in accounts and human resources, in the meantime chasing leprechauns and trying to get to the end of the rainbow.

I spent another two great years soaking in Scotland after which we moved with my family to Bratislava. While here, I completed a course in teaching English as a foreign language, worked as a substitute teacher of Spanish in Narnia and a teaching assistant in a Montessori kindergarten.

As for my after work self: a good book in solitude, a good meal in the company of family and friends and a good laugh anytime, are all I need to relax and unwind.
