Showcase of Yusef Azam

My name is Yusef Azam and I am from Afghanistan. Since 2013, I have been working as a driver and supervisor at Collège Champittet in Nyon.

I worked for ten years in business management before changing completely and working in transport. Since the beginning, I have liked the contact with students coming from different countries and cultures.

For some years, positive discipline has been an integral part of Collège Champittet and I am proud to have followed this training.

As a "resource person" of positive discipline, along with the supervisors, we have put together the wheel of solutions taking into consideration the opinions of all the students to better resolve conflicts that may arise on the playground.

When watching over the children, I try my best to apply the rules of the college that are tolerance, respect, sharing, and it is very rewarding in my private life because I am the happy father of a child of 4 years. Outside of work, I play snooker (sort of billiard) fairly regularly.
