Mr. Sekulic leaves Collège Champittet

A few weeks ago Igor Sekulic left Collège Champittet for family reasons. During the last four years, Mr. Sekulic taught economics to grades 11th to 14th (HarmoS). He was also Dean for the Swiss Maturité and more recently appointed Deputy Head of Secondary for all three diplomas.

Following his unexpected departure, Mrs. Cherubini will take on the responsibility for the Maturité classes, Mr. Vanhille will take charge of the IB classes with Mrs Demaison and he will share responsibility with Mrs Denoix for the BF classes. Responsibility for all matters concerning the Pastoral Care will be distributed amongst members of the Secondary Management Team and coordinated by Mrs. Cherubini. Finally, Mrs. Demaison will be the point of contactfor all matters regarding Polycours.

The search for a suitably qualified replacement is well on the way, and we are hoping to communicate the name of a successful candidate shortly. In the meantime, Mr Sekulic’s lessons will be covered by Champittet teachers. Any hiatus of specialist subject coverage will be made up after Christmas.
