Article by Ruth Rios Morales, teacher at Champittet but also researcher in economic sciences

In addition to being an economy teacher at Collège Champittet, Ruth Rios-Morales has a solid career in the academic field. She has recently been selected for a prestigious and very selective Master’s degree programme at King’s College, London. This Master is only open to Nord Anglia Education teachers around the world. Mrs. Rios-Morales wishes to teach her students more about the scientific research world. Thanks to modern teaching methods, such as blended learning, she introduces her students to economy on the international scene. She prefers to organise her classes around practical workshops, and, given all her students come from various cultures, she encourages them to make presentations to their classmates about the economy of their home country, an interesting way to apply their knowledge.

Mrs Rios Morales recently wrote an article with two other researchers about the growing investment of China in EU member states, more precisely in Ireland.
