Sabai Kusonsong

House Parent

Sabai is a House parent of St Andrews boarding and she has been a part-time member since 2010, with particular responsibility for the younger students in the boys’ boarding house.

Sabai is a Thai national who graduated from Chulalongkorn University in 2008 with a M.Sc. in Petrochemistry and Polymer science. She has been part of Regents since 2009, first as a Science Technician, then PA to Bursar, Central Support Coordinator and now Events and Excursions Coordinator. During the school day you can easily find her at the 3rd floor clock tower of the Secondary building, where she works in the Facility Office.

She has been working with the boarders since 2010, both boys and girls, but she now focuses on the younger boys: homework, activities and Friday evening trips out. When they wander home from school in the afternoon, she is there to make sure these young men are safe, cared for and comfortable.
