IBPD Results 2024 – once again above the world average

The U15 FOBISIA Games 2025, hosted in Thailand, November 2025, once again stood out as one of the most impactful sporting events for international schools across Asia. Bringing together young athletes from multiple countries competing in athletics, swimming, football, and basketball, the Games highlighted exceptional performance, teamwork, and the development of essential life skills.

Metacognition is all about thinking about your own thinking. It’s the ability to understand how you learn, identify which strategies work best for you, and take ownership of your learning journey. At Regents, we know that when students develop metacognitive skills, they become more confident and independent learners—able to plan, monitor, and evaluate their progress effectively. Regents International School Pattaya is proud to announce a remarkable achievement by our student-led social impact initiative Project Shine, led by our Head Student Yuni in Year 12 and her team Fransesca, Tonhom, Gethin, Minha, Egor, SiEun, Korn, Simon and Ploy from Year 11, guided by Ms. Iena Dua and Ms. Jodi Barber. The team has successfully secured a Nord Anglia Educaiton Social Impact Grant of USD 50,000 to support their work towards the Sustainable Development Goals by helping the Anti Human Trafficking and Child Abuse Center (ATCC) in Pattaya, a milestone that will make a lasting difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

The Juilliard–Nord Anglia Performing Arts Programme marked its 10th anniversary in October this year, celebrating a decade of inspiring creativity and confidence through world-class performing arts education. Launched in 2015 through a pioneering collaboration between Nord Anglia Education and The Juilliard School, the programme has become a cornerstone of Nord Anglia’s educational approach. It enriches school culture, transforms classrooms, and empowers students to become confident, creative global citizens.

Preparation for the Expedition Before setting off on this incredible journey, Regents students underwent hours of swimming training, including learning essential rescue techniques for water safety. They also designed meal plans, checked and packed their expedition kit, and practiced pitching tents to ensure they were fully prepared for life in the wild. This thorough preparation was key to their success and safety during the adventure.

The annual MIT trip is an incredible opportunity made possible through Nord Anglia Education’s longstanding collaboration with MIT, which connects Regents students to world-class STEAM experiences and cutting-edge innovation. This partnership opens doors for our learners to explore, question, and engage with future-focused technologies in truly authentic ways.

This year’s MIT Week 2025 was a spectacular showcase of creativity, curiosity, and collaboration, bringing the spirit of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) to life across our campus. Throughout the week, students embodied our 6Cs of Learning—Curiosity, Collaboration, Commitment, Creativity, Compassion, and Critical Thinking—at every stage of their projects.

This week marked a joyful and meaningful milestone at Regents International School Pattaya as a traditional blessing ceremony was held to celebrate the start of construction for our brand-new 50-metre swimming pool. With fruit offerings, chants, and heartfelt good wishes, our school leadership and staff came together to honour this exciting new chapter in our campus development. c
