Jill Hope has worked as a classroom teacher, literacy coach, literacy specialist, district literacy coordinator, instructional reform facilitator, primary school principal and Director of Academic Achievement. Ms. Hope holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
After completing her Bachelor degree, she attended San Francisco State University and was awarded a K-12 Teaching Credential with a specialty in Cross Cultural Language Acquisition and Development.
After serving as a classroom teacher she decided to pursue an Administrative Credential from California State University, East Bay. This allowed her to leave the classroom and move into school leadership. Next, she obtained a Masters of Science in Educational Leadership from California State University. Jill has worked in education for 20 years - five years as a classroom teacher, and fifteen years supporting teachers focusing on literacy, learning support and school improvement.
She has experience working in California, Thailand and Cambodia. Jill joins Regents from our sister Nord Anglia School, Northbridge International School Cambodia where she currently serves as the Director of Academic Achievement.
