Former England Cricket Captain - Mike Gatting made a visit to our school this Monday. The whole day was filled with activities, stories and a lot of fun!
This Monday, we had an exciting day meeting and practicing Kwik cricket with Mike Gatting OBE – former England Cricket Captain. Mike was one of the most successful England captains in the era and has led the England team to the final of the 1987 World Cup!
It was a brilliant opportunity for Year 4 to Year 9 students to have a nice day out on the field, breaking some sweat and hearing inspiring stories from him. Our cricket enthusiasts were truly enjoyed your visit as well as your coaching sessions, thank you Mike!
