Emma Graham

Emma comes from Sussex in the UK where she carved out a successful career from the classroom through middle leadership and into senior management. She remains particularly passionate about sharing the joys of literature, educational research and driving improvements to teaching and learning. More recently, as Acting Deputy Head at Brighton College Al Ain in the United Arab Emirates, she oversaw all aspects of teaching and learning and academic progress, leading the school successfully through an ‘outstanding’ rigorous inspection. Emma is passionate about fostering a love of learning in pupils and an intellectual curiosity about the world around us.

Emma is married to Jay and she has two children at the school. She is an enthusiastic sportswoman, avid reader and keen baker.
