Term is now over 2 weeks in and as you might expect the school is setting well for the new academic year.  With nearly 250 new students, nearly 30 new members of the teaching staff, there has been a period of getting used to new environments, friendships, procedures. This early adjusting is vital for the smooth running of the year.

Already, there is a calm purposeful movement around the corridors and the classrooms are buzzing with enthusiasm and activity.  Strong collaborative bonds exist between teaching staff both Vietnamese and expat and warm relationships between all members of the school community are already evident.

We have high expectations of our parents this year in attending the information seminars that we hold on your behalf as we seek to enhance the educational experience for your children.  We are grateful to those parents who have already attended sessions we have put on but there is a long way to go yet on this aspect on engagement. It is a key focus for us this year.

I wish you all a very happy weekend.
