We are collaborating!

As part of Nord Anglia Education, we have the unique opportunity to collaborate with students from across the globe through our Global Campus platform. Since the start of the academic year, our children have been given the opportunity to independently explore the considerable number of resources available to them through this platform and engage in stimulating project ideas. For example, ‘Managing My Feelings’; ‘Exploring Risk’; ‘Not All Heroes Wear Capes’; ‘The Colours of Us’ are some of the project titles available. For our youngest visitors, story sacks provide linked activities to stimulate the children and extend their skills. They even provide ‘Help' videos for parents.

We value the resource so much, that we have made Global Campus an optional, welcome addition to our Home Learning program.

Last week, we launched our first whole school Global Campus Creative writing competition. The children will be reading biographies from the book ‘Goodnight Stories for Rebel Girls’ and using this information, in addition to their knowledge about ‘Climate Change’, as inspiration for their projects. We look forward to selecting some winners, whose entries will be sent to Nord Anglia Education for publication.

As always, our students continue to ‘Be Ambitious’.
