I graduated from Edge Hill University in the North-West of England in 2011 after completing the three year BA Honours Degree in Primary Teaching. After two years of teaching across Cheshire, I completed my NQT and continued my teaching career in an international setting. I moved to Qatar where I taught in an international school for two years before moving to the British School of Yangon in Myanmar. After completing my one-year contract, I chose to move to Bangkok and worked at Traill International school for two years before accepting a position at St Andrews International School Bangkok.
I grew up in Warrington in the North-West of England and have always wanted to be a teacher. I took Art and Textiles at school and chose Creative and expressive arts (Art, Music and Drama) as my speciality at university. My hobbies are yoga, badminton, travelling and I enjoy socialising with friends from all over the world. I love music and dance and I enjoy going to festivals and listening to live music.
St Andrews International School Bangkok is different from other schools I have workedin because it has so many options available for the inclusion of all children, no matter what their ability. They have amazing resources and equipment to make the learning experience fun and memorable and has an amazing team of teachers and support that together form a strong bond.
"I really like Miss Hollie teaching me. She is really nice and funny."
