Our 10 year Anniversary!

August 26, 2014

Join us in celebrating our 10 year anniversary

To commemorate our School’s Tenth Anniversary, we are excited to have commissioned a sculpture from locally-renowned North Carolina Artist, Harry McDaniel. (

The sculpture will be unveiled during our tenth anniversary celebration during the fall term 2014.

In recognition of the contributions we have all made in making BASC what it is today, everyone is invited to buy a brick that will become a part of the paving surrounding the sculpture. Families, Alumni and past and present members of staff will be able to include their name and indicate the year they started with us here at BASC.

Our hope is that, as a community of current families and alumni, the bricks and sculpture will celebrate the impact of BASC over the last ten years and signify how, together, we have built a school which is, “The Jewel in Charlotte’s Crown!”
