Before working at BISC, I worked at a radio station, TV station and media agency. I moved to Charlotte after living in Northern Virginia for 3 years; however, I am originally from New York. Upon moving to Charlotte, I was ready for a new challenge. Working at the front desk here, I can use all my previous skills and then some when it comes to my day-to-day tasks. I have an extroverted personality, so I love being able to speak to everyone that walks through the door and greet them with a smile.
I graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a Bachelor’s in Communications, making this role a great fit for me. I get to wear so many hats that no day is ever the same, which makes each day exciting.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3-year-old dog, Josie. I love taking her for long walks around our neighborhood and staying active. I like to explore local shops and restaurants around Ballantyne while with friends, and I love visiting the beach whenever I can. My husband is a golf professional, so we enjoy golfing together whenever we get the chance.
BISC is a great environment to be in because not only are the children constantly learning and growing their minds, but the adults are, as well. There is a wonderful sense of community within this school, and it is such a great feeling to be part of it.
