Maria Teresa Sorondo

Maria Sorondo

School Librarian

Maria Teresa was born in Caracas, graduated from Venezuela Central University with a Computer Science degree, and worked in the IT department of several private companies as a software developer for 8 years. A 12 month course helped her to improve her high school English, with this course becoming the portal for international relations.

She moved to São Paulo, Brasil, with her family for three years, arriving in The Netherlands with the new millennium. Being a parent at NAISR (formerly AISR), she began to work as a Library assistant and she is now in charge of this facility at the school. She also works with the administration department doing the Annual Ordering Process, buying materials in NL and beyond borders.

Maria Teresa has embraced the Dutch culture and has been cycling to work for the last 15 years.

  • Lic. in Computer Science, Universidad Central de Venezuela.
