As we reach the end of the spring term, I wish to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to our school community for all the hard work from all the key people which goes into making Dąbrowskiego, the Early Years Centre the special and unique place it is. It’s hard to believe that we only have one more term left to see through this academic year. Thank you for readily embracing changes and new ideas, for supporting all our initiatives and for giving the constructive feedback that you do.
The children have worked very hard and each one has made progress in their learning and matured in their social skills. Each child has consolidated learning, experienced new things and had a challenging and exciting term. On Wednesday you would have received a report on your child’s progress this term and we hope that this gave you some useful information and also next steps in learning that you can share with your child. Please ensure that you praise them for their efforts and talk over their targets ready for a positive start to Term 3. We will have parent consultation in next term if you have any questions or need any additional information.
Whilst the up and coming holiday provides a much needed rest for many of our pupils and teachers, and often an opportunity to explore new locations as people prepare to jet off to numerous exciting locations in Europe and beyond, the holidays mark a time for much activity from our administrative and support staff. During the break, our facilities team will be carrying out a range of spring cleaning to our facilities. We look forward to coming back to a very clean and tidy school on Monday, 13 April. I wish to thank the administrative staff for the part they play in keeping our school in top shape.
I thank you all for your continued support and wish you a relaxing and enjoyable break. Travel safely and have a blessed Easter.
