Sport this week

As our u19 teams prepare for their Nord Anglia tournament in Budapest, training has been more focused than ever.

1

Both the boys and the girls volleyball teams have been maximising gym time training twice a week and on a Saturday morning. In an effort to gain more match experience, both teams have played a fixture against a staff team. These games proved educational and competitive. The staff team narrowly won against a very well organised girls team but the boys took revenge beating the staff team with a great display of character.

Football

This week saw our U10 boys teams take on WBS in 2 friendly fixtures. With 15 boys involved, the competition was a great chance for pupils to put into action some of the skills they have been working on in training. Lots of goals were scored and all of the players had great fun.

Next week sees a busy period start for our basketball teams across a range of ages. We look forward to celebrating their efforts in competition.
