An International Swim Meet

On Saturday 10th December excited TBS students competed in an international swim meet at the American School Warsaw.

sm1

The meet hosted around 200+ students from Warsaw, Kraków, Prague and Russia and saw competitors battle it out in a range of different strokes and distances, including 100m free style, 50m butterfly, 50m backstroke and many others.  All of our students performed exceptionally against some extremely tough competition.

There were stand out performances from Rinya O., who took home 2 gold medals for 50m breaststroke and 100m breaststroke and Vincent D., who took home 2 gold medals for 100m individual medley and 50m breaststroke and a silver medal for 50m freestyle.

Well done and a huge congratulations to all our students that performed, you’ve done yourselves and our school proud!
