Where are you from originally?

I am from England and was brought up in a little village just outside a town called Burton on Trent in the Midlands.

Have you lived in any other countries?

In 2016-2017, I travelled solo for a few months across Europe, Asia and Australia and ended up living in New Zealand for a year on a working holiday visa.

Where and what did you study for your education?

I studied Primary Education for three years at Birmingham City University.

How long have you been at TBS?

I joined TBS in September and this is my first international school experience.

What do you enjoy most about teaching at our school?

I love teaching my class and seeing how excited my children are to learn everyday. I enjoy teaching at Dabrowskiego as it has a small community feel for the children and brilliant outdoor space.

What are you most looking forward to in the 2018/2019 academic year?

I'm looking forward to attending Space Camp in May and spending the rest of the school year with my class.

Whose your favourite historian/scientist/literary figure and why?

My favourite historical figure is Mother Theresa as I always admired her dedication to helping people less fortunate than herself.

What is your favourite thing about living in Warsaw, Poland?

I enjoy the variety of social activities there are in Warsaw and I'm looking forward to the heat in the Summer again so I can enjoy more outdoor activities.

What do you miss most from home?

My Mum's roast dinner and going for walks with my dog.
