Where are you from originally?

I am originally from a little town outside Glasgow, in Scotland, called Strathaven.

Have you lived in any other countries?

Yes I have been living abroad for the last 7 years in Romania and Malaysia. This is my 8th year leaving abroad.

Where and what did you study for your education? 

I studied a BEd in Primary Education at the University of Edinburgh.

How long have you been at TBS?

I have been at TBS for only 3 months.

What do you enjoy most about teaching at our school?

I enjoy the students, staff, location (it is nice to be back in Europe with seasons), and the potential of different learning opportunities at TBS.

What are you most looking forward to in the 2019/2020 academic year?

I am looking forward to working with my new team, making a difference at TBS and going on lots of exciting trips.

Whose your favourite historian/scientist/literary figure and why?

My favourite scientist is David Attenborough as he has done so much for raising awareness of the natural world, the wonders that are unknown to many and I love to listen to his facts about the animals.

 What is your favourite thing about living in Warsaw, Poland?

 Warsaw is open with lots of parks and outdoor activities, the food and restaurants are amazing, good bars, and that I get to experience seasons again.

What do you miss most from home?

The food (love haggis and shortbread) and the mountains and coastline.
