Year 13's last day

Shakespeare said that “parting is such sweet sorrow” and this is very apt for our Year 13's.

This week marks the beginning of the end of their time at TBS.

They have spent their week in fancy dress, with the standout days being Monday – gender swap and Thursday – famous people day, pictures do really tell a 1000 words!!! In lessons they have been thanking their teachers, celebrating their progress and finalising their revision plans…past papers, past papers and more past papers.

This morning their traditional IB prank was well received and appreciated. They worked long into the night and early this morning on redecorating and refurnishing the corridors and walls – someone certainly has a sense of Feng Shui about them!!!

In the coming weeks I believe they, will all “work their socks’ off over the break and ready themselves for their exams that start early May. This for now is not goodbye, but rather a “good luck” for the coming weeks and a promise to celebrate properly at Graduation on Friday 24th May.
