Over the next few weeks we will be promoting the Nord Anglia Steam festival EME opening ceremony, which will see a range of exciting entrepreneurs and pioneers come to talk to our students at: NAEMIT Talks: Preparing the Pioneers of Tomorrow.
Tickets for the TBS community will go on sale soon. It is fitting that this year's MIT challenges hold the theme superheroes. The opening STEAM festival will see NAE students hear from a range of influencial Polish and global 'superheroes' and pioneers.
Karol Górnowicz, CEO of Skriware, will be addressing our students at the opening ceremony to talk about the importance of 3D printing aand why it's imporrtant for the future. Karol has led Skriware, a 3D printing firm, into the global market, collaborating with a range of business and educational firms and schools worldwide. He holds the vision of supporting educational institutions in developing 21st century skill set by providing interdisciplinary content across programming, design, 3D printing and robotics. They produce 3D printers, curriclum and robotic kits - with their production line based in Warsaw.
Skriware is an exciting 3D printing company, which provides a varied range of 3D printing projects and curriculums for schools and students. Not only do they focus on 3D printing, but they also integrate this with robotics and programming. With Skriware printers, you can print your own robots (Skribots) and then use skriwares robotics kits and programming tools to program these robots. Check out their website.
Poland is an exciting hub for innovation and Karol and Skriware is a great example of Polands influence on the changing face of global education and how we view it.
