Sports Update

Welcome back to a new school year following an exciting summer of sport across the world.

I am writing to inform you of some key dates and pieces of information from the Sports department.
Department updates

We have already seen in lessons so far, the impact of our new PE kit. Students look smart and ready to learn in lessons and are showing a real pride in their appearance. If you have not yet ordered the new PE kit then please be reminded that this is a compulsory part of our school uniform and is available from the main uniform providers. Please see the school website for further information.  Following the popular vote for our school mascot, The Hurricanes was decided on as the most fitting choice. The strong Polish-British links that the Hurricane aircraft encompasses coupled with the force and power of the weather phenomenon have been incorporated into our logo design. Our marketing team have been working hard over the summer to produce the designs below using the Hurricane propeller design and the Polish idiom “Iść jak burza”. These designs will placed around the school site, on our competitive sports kit and on school merchandise.
