Year 7 Virtual Co-ordination Challenge

This week the Year 7s completed a Co-ordination challenge as part of their virtual PE lesson.


They had to perform each challenge for 1 minute and see how many they could score in that time. The challenges are below:

  1. Throw the ball against the wall and catch with 2 hands
  2. Throw the ball against the wall with 1 hand and catch with 2 hands​
  3. Throw the ball against the wall with 1 hand, catch with 1 hand
  4. Kick the ball against the wall,​ along the floor
  5. Kick the ball against the wall with a lofted kick
  6. With a family member, alternate 1 throws the ball the other catches
