As part of our unit on healthy living, Year 9s have displayed their skills in the kitchen and on the yoga mat. These off-screen activities have greatly helped students to unwind and relax, even for a short time, during their intense virtual school days. They focused on their breathing, posture and nutrition, and thus became more self- aware and mindful in general. After all, Mens sana in corpore sano*, right? 😊
