Lots of enthusiasm from the Music students

The music department have ensured students are enthused and engaged with a variety of practical activities that has produced some fantastic work!

During these challenging times we are also delighted that students have been continuing to learn online with their instrumental tutors.

While Year 5 and 6’s were busy practicing their conducting skills (not as easy as one would think) other primary students were making their own percussion instruments. We look forward to hearing the BSW Junk Bank in due course!

Year 7’s time travelled back to the Baroque Era and picked the brains of famous composers during their radio interviews.

Interviews with Bach by Minh and Zoja G. chatting with Monteverdi from can be viewed below.

Michał Leszczyński, Year 3 enjoying his violin lesson with Mrs Wood, see below.

Finally, the music team would like to take the opportunity to thank parents for their fantastic support with helping students to prepare for their online class and instrumental music lessons.

From making spaces at home for musical learning to reminding students about lessons we can't thank you enough for your help and support!
